I see the opportunity before it becomes obvious.

I found a revenue leak at NICE and turned it into $12M ARR. I redesigned a recording player so hated it scored NPS 4.5 — and rebuilt it to 37.45. I migrated 3,000 relationship managers onto a new CRM at Credit Suisse. Then I went independent and built 4 AI products from scratch with Claude, Replit, and Bolt.dev — in 46 sessions.

How I operate

I see the opportunity before it becomes obvious

Across every role, the pattern is the same: I look where others haven't looked yet, and what I find changes the outcome.

I see hidden revenue and risk
At NICE, I spotted an unmonetised download flow that became $12M ARR. At Cognizant, I dug into a contract others had accepted as complete — and found critical regulatory gaps before they became incidents.
I ramp up fast and go deep
At every company — NICE, Credit Suisse, Cognizant — I became the domain expert that senior leadership turned to. At EMMI, client relationships I built still endure 8 years later. I don't skim domains. I own them.
I don't just spec. I build.
From architecting the entire LIBOR solution at Credit Suisse to shipping 4 AI products solo in 2026 to co-founding Swabhaav at IIM Rohtak in 2010 — I've been building since day one. Not managing. Building.
The impact

What happened when I looked closer

Five stories. Tap any card to see the full picture.

NICE · Revenue

I found $12M hiding in a download button

$12M ARR

Customers were downloading call recordings from CXone with no monetisation model. Every download was a cost to NICE and zero revenue. Nobody had questioned it — the feature existed before anyone thought about unit economics.

My insight: recordings have different value. A compliance audit recording is worth more than a random sample. I proposed tiered unit-based pricing — charge per download, scaled by use case and volume. I owned this end-to-end: business case, pricing model, stakeholder alignment, and execution.

$12M ARR — from zero. My idea. My pricing model. My execution.
NICE · Product UX

NPS 4.5 to 37. Same product, different experience.

NPS 4.5 → 37

The CXone Recording Player was the most-used supervisor tool — and the most-hated. Clunky navigation, slow loads, confusing controls. Supervisors spent hours in this daily, and it was actively making their job harder.

My approach: I didn’t start with a redesign brief. I started by sitting with supervisors. Mapped every friction point. Prioritised ruthlessly — fast playback, keyboard shortcuts, inline annotations. Also delivered Amazon Connect integration and stabilised inbound call processing.

NPS: 4.5 → 37.45 — an 8x improvement. Same users, same tool, completely different experience.
Credit Suisse · Transformation

3,000 bankers on spreadsheets. I gave them a CRM.

3,000+ RMs

Relationship managers managed client interactions across disconnected systems — spreadsheets, email chains, manual logs. High-value client subscriptions took hours to process. Compliance risk was everywhere.

What made this hard: the migration wasn’t a tech problem — it was a people problem. I wrote persona-based PRDs so engineering built for real users. Negotiated across Tech, Sales, and Compliance simultaneously. Led 3 scrum teams. Automated 6 manual reports (promoted, top-tier appraisal). Architected the LIBOR transition to ICE’s 3-layer transaction reporting — delivered on time.

3,000+ RMs · 6 reports automated · LIBOR delivered · 40% efficiency gain — framed around people, not systems.
Cognizant · Regulatory

30 banks, one schema, zero tolerance for error

30 EU banks

The EMMI benchmark system governs ICE EURIBOR rates across the EU. It ran on fragmented, paper-based processes across 30 panel banks. In a post-LIBOR world, this wasn’t just inefficient — it was a regulatory risk.

My role: I led the technical XML-based implementation from scratch. Not a migration — a completely new digital contribution system. Every schema decision affected how 30 banks reported data to regulators. I was the bridge between what regulators demanded and what banks could deliver, negotiating across EU time zones.

30 panel banks · New digital schema · Full EMMI/ICE EURIBOR compliance. Client relationships endure 8 years later.
NICE · Forward Thinking

Ideas I conceived 12–18 months before they became priorities

$20M opportunity seeded

Screen Recording Analytics — Pitched at 2024 Sparkathon; grew into a $20M opportunity. Voice tells you what agents say; screens tell you what they do.
Mini Player — Embeddable floating player, turning a standalone product into a platform component.
In-App AI Help — Context-aware guidance inside CXone. Proposed before “AI copilots” were a buzzword.
Player Highlights — AI-driven key moments, sentiment shifts, and coaching cues inside recordings.
Multi-ACD Integrations — Opened CXone Recording from vendor lock-in to the full contact centre market.

Also led the NPS initiative for the Recording org and ran domain training for new joinees.

The pattern: I see around corners. Every initiative was conceived 12–18 months before it became a company priority.

Vybd

EdTech · vybd.in
AI worksheets personalised to your child. Print, solve on paper. Zero screen time.

My son's homework was a battlefield. So I built this.

Every Indian parent knows the drill — hunting for practice material that matches the exact chapter, the exact board, the exact way their child learns. I watched my wife spend 45 minutes finding one worksheet. It matched nothing the teacher taught that week.

Vybd generates personalised, print-ready worksheets in under 40 seconds. Pick the grade, board, subject, chapter — and the AI does the rest. It knows if your child is a visual learner who loves cricket, and gives them batting-average word problems.

MakeMyMakaan

PropTech · Google Play Store
Home construction tracker for Indian families. Stage-by-stage progress, live rates, group deals.

Building a home in India is chaos. This app brings structure.

Scattered vendors, opaque pricing, zero visibility into progress. Home builders in India are flying blind — leading to cost overruns, delays, and fights with contractors. I built an app that lets you track construction stage-by-stage, compare live material rates, grab group deals on cement and paint, and access smart calculators.

Riya

QSR / Voice AI · Vapi.ai
Voice AI agent that takes restaurant orders and injects them straight into the kitchen queue.

What if your restaurant's phone never went unanswered?

QSR staff shout orders over counters, miss phone calls, and manually key entries into POS. The bottleneck isn't delivery — it's order entry. Riya takes orders naturally, structures them into clean JSON, and injects directly into the kitchen queue. “Ek burger, make it spicy” — done. No staff involvement.

Mera Sitaara

Accessibility · merasitaara.com
AI activity companion for parents of children with special needs. Hindi + English. Household materials only.

हर बच्चा एक सितारा — Every child is a star.

India has ~6 million children with developmental disabilities. Therapist-to-child ratio: 1:10,000. Therapy covers 2% of waking hours. The other 98% falls on parents who aren't trained, aren't supported, and are searching for answers at midnight.

Every morning, the app generates a personalised plan across OT, speech, sensory, and social skills — using rice, spoons, crayons. Nothing to buy. The app adapts to the child's progress and celebrates micro-wins.

→ No clinical labels — a parent shouldn't select “disorder” to get help
→ 4-digit PIN auth — one-handed, while managing a child
→ Profile evolves with the child — special needs are never static

Where it started

I've been building things that matter since business school

🏆 IIM Rohtak · 2010

Project Swabhaav

In 2010, before auto-branding was a thing in India, I co-founded a project with a simple three-way exchange: place brand ads on auto-rickshaws, use the revenue to fund education for the driver's daughters, and partially cover vehicle maintenance. Brands get hyper-local visibility. Drivers get support. Girls stay in school.

We onboarded Johnson & Johnson, Dosa Plaza, Lakshya Institute, and Jale Medical Hospital. At peak, we were running 100 autos per month, educating 100 girls per month.

The full story

I'm the PM who can't stop at the spec.

I ramp up fast in any domain. I become the person senior leadership turns to. And when I see a problem nobody else is solving, I don't write a deck about it — I build the thing.

Father of two boys in Pune. Gold Medalist from IIM Rohtak. Built a social enterprise at 24 that educated 100 girls a month. Still plays badminton competitively (won the NICE GTC singles title against 400+). Believes the best products come from people who can't stop tinkering.
