Before
Before Cordance, I founded and built Vybd, an AI worksheet app for parents and tutors. Before that, 13 years at NICE, Credit Suisse and Cognizant, including putting a price on a feature that had been free. It now makes $12M a year. In all, I've built four AI products, including Vybd.

One plan claimed an 80x return. Counting the full cost to build it, the return was closer to 11x. Leadership now plans from the corrected numbers, which I presented at the 2027 planning summit.
Putting a price on a feature that was free
Customers downloaded call recordings at no charge. I designed usage-based pricing for them and took it from business case to launch.
Fixing the tool supervisors hated
Sat with the supervisors who used it every day, listed what slowed them down, and rebuilt the recording player around it.
A hiring process that runs without me
A scoring guide, a ten-minute first screen anyone can run, and a check for tampered résumés. About fifteen candidates went through it, and one offer was made.
Moving 3,000 bankers off spreadsheets
Led three engineering teams to move relationship managers onto one system. Client subscriptions went from hours to under five minutes.
One system for 30 banks
Built, from scratch, the digital system 30 European banks use to report the rates behind a benchmark interest rate (EURIBOR).

Vybd
Founder · Jan – Apr 2026I founded and built Vybd, then handed it over when I joined Sonata.
Vybd turns a chapter name, or a photo of a textbook page, into a printable practice sheet with an answer key in about a minute. It also builds homework plans and mock exams for Classes 1–10. Vybd Pro gives tutors worksheets, notes and exams, plus batches, attendance and fees. Vybd is still running, now published by Dilmil Technologies, with both apps live on iPhone and Android.
